Guardian Family Care provides services 24 hours per day for Mrs. Brownstein's father, Richard Miller. Mr. Miller lives in Davenport, IA and both his daughters live in the Chicago area . Mr. Millers is 95 years old and needs assistance with all activities of daily living.
